SHIPPING TIMES NOTE:

Digital File and Personalized Order: received within 1-2 days of your order date. You will receive your order via the email.

Shirts, Mugs, Canvas: received within 7- 14 days of your order date. TO THE CONTIGUOUS USA. 

How Long Does It Take For An Order To Arrive?

This depends on the product ordered. Most of our t-shirts and apparel products are printed on demand. After you have placed your order, our talented production team will select a blank version of your chosen product, print your design, package and ship your order within 3 – 5 business days. Extremely popular designs can cause a 5 – 7 days delay in printing. Once shipped, it only takes your order will arrive within a few days. You’ll receive an email & tracking number when your order has shipped. If you’re still not sure, just email us. We’re happy to help.

Note: In many areas Saturday and Sunday delivery may be available. If weekend delivery is available to your destination, it will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout. Delivery estimates for FREE Prime Two-Day shipments to destinations that don’t have weekend delivery are based on two business day transit times, not including Saturday or Sunday.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 2 – 4 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (3-7 days for domestic and 4 – 14 days for international).

How Much Is Shipping?

Domestic USA:

- UPS Standard Shipping (2 – 6 business days after fulfillment)

- Always FREE SHIPPING for all order (Domestic).

International: We offer international shipping anywhere in the world! We send out packages through USPS who then hands off the package to the local government run mail service.

International packages are shipping via First Class Mail and can take up to 3 – 4 weeks for delivery. Shipping to Canada base costs $9.99 and shipping to the rest of the world:

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO WE USE?

Domestic Orders

We use UPS Mail Innovations. The package is delivered to your door for USPS. You can expect your package to arrive around 5-10 business days. You will also receive notification and tracking information when your order has shipped.

International Orders

We use Asendia USA. Asendia uses a service called International Priority Airmail (“IPA”). IPA travels by air then as priority in-country. The average transit time is 3 – 4 weeks business days and this service is available throughout the world. You will also receive notification and tracking information when your order has shipped.

How Do I Track My Package?

You can check on the status of your order at any time by email. You can also reach out to our customer support desk toboartshop@gmail.com to ask questions anytime.

I Ordered 2+ Items, But Only Received One… Where’s My Order?

Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

Canary Houze partners with global merchants in order to provide you with the best prices and a unique global shopping experience. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, Vietnam etc.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries. Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for US delivery due to large demand, some will arrive in 2 weeks. Please allow 3-5 weeks for International delivery. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on the product ordered. Most items will arrive in about 3-5 weeks, some may arrive after 2 weeks. Due to airline restrictions, Lithium Ion batteries may take an additional 15 days to be delivered.

Shipping Delays: Our shipping partners do their best to ensure you receive your package on time, however occasional delays do occur. Anz Market cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as: adverse weather conditions, mechanical problems and/or driver error. Fast Shipping?

Fast shipping is available to these selected products only For US orders, it will take 1 – 4 days only. For international orders, delivery time will take 4 – 12 days.

When will my order be shipped?

Once you have placed your order, your information will undergo a verification process. This is for us to make sure that we have valid and complete shipping information. If not, we will be sending an email to ask for more information so we can update the information that we have on file. Please be kind enough to respond to the email that we are sending, otherwise, your order will be canceled. We cannot guarantee the arrival of your order if the shipping information is incomplete. The verification process takes 2-5 days and after that, we will be sending an email notice with your tracking number on it.

Can I have a tracking number?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number via Email. In some cases, it can take up to 5 days. You can later track your Order by clicking on “Track Your Order” in the Mail Menu. If you didn’t receive an Email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Charge back, in some cases, Emails don’t get send automatically.

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
